He asked his friend Pasha to go to these companies under the guise of a client and identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to work out further competitive advantages working for myself.

After commercial intelligence, Pasha named a number of strengths and weaknesses of these companies. Pasha arranged these sides in a table so that it would be convenient for Vasya to compare them.

Strengths of Vasya's competitors:

Taking into account all the above pros and cons of competitors, our hero Vasily decided to design the interiors of houses and apartments in his city at a lower price.
