4. A general hygiene doctor is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the organization of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Rights

The general hygienist has the right to:

1. use all the powers established by the law "On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population" and other regulatory legal acts on the activities of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service;
