4. A general hygiene doctor is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the organization of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. The general hygiene doctor reports directly to the head of the department, and in his absence to the head of the medical organization of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or his deputy.

3. Rights
The general hygienist has the right to:
