The validity period of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Contractor's website.

Rights and obligations of the parties.
The Contractor has the right to engage third parties to provide the Services, while remaining responsible for the proper performance of the Agreement. At the same time, if necessary, the Contractor shall involve the Customer in negotiations with such persons.
The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer in the execution of the Order of the Spa Tour in the absence of the technical possibility of their provision, of which the Customer is notified in accordance with clause 2.4 of the Agreement.
Prior to the provision of the Services, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with all the necessary information about all the essential characteristics of the Services. The specified obligation is considered fulfilled when all the characteristics of the Spa Tours are published on the Contractor's website.
The Customer is obliged to accept the rendered Services and sign the Certificate of Services Rendered. The Contractor has the right to send the Certificate of Services Rendered for signing to the postal address or e-mail address specified by the Customer when ordering a Spa tour. Such an act will be considered signed if, within 10 (ten) days from the date of its sending, the Customer does not send reasoned objections to the Contractor regarding the quality and quantity of the Services provided.
The Customer has the right to exercise control and supervision over the course and quality of the provision of the Services without interfering in economic activity Contractor.

If the Parties have agreed to change any characteristics of the Services, entailing an increase in their cost, the Customer undertakes to sign the corresponding supplementary agreement to the Agreement and pay the cost of the Services within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the specified agreement or from the date of issue by the Contractor corrective account.
Responsibility of the Parties.
For violation by the Customer of the terms of payment for the Services, the Contractor has the right to demand payment of a penalty at the rate of 0.5% of the cost of the Spa tour for each day of delay.
The Customer undertakes to fully compensate the Contractor for the losses caused to him. The actual damage caused by the Customer is recorded in the Damage Report. To do this, the Contractor sends the Customer a notice of the need to arrive to draw up and sign such an Act within a reasonable time. The Contractor has the right to sign the Damage Report unilaterally, if the Customer's representative does not appear on the appointed date for its preparation and does not express a request to postpone its preparation. In this case, the Damage Report, signed by the Contractor unilaterally, will be binding on the Parties.
Amendment and termination of the Agreement.

Changing any characteristics of the Services after the conclusion of the Agreement is possible by mutual agreement of the Parties.
