Recirculating dust collectors PUA-M (the so-called chip extractors) are designed for suction and air purification from dry, non-coalescing coarse dust and chips. The device consists of a housing, a low-noise dust fan with profiled blades, a dust bag and a filter stage. As a filter element, a filter bag made of needle-punched, calendered material based on polyester fibers is installed on the device.
Devices PUA-M are designed for coarse dust, because they have a relatively small filtering surface and, as a result, low dust capacity.

PUA dust collector device
Attention: do not use the unit in processes that form flammable components in dust (paper, wood, rubber, etc.).
The units effectively capture dry, non-sticking dust with a dispersion of 30-100 microns.
The units are produced in 2 modifications.
PUA - no fan
PUAV - available with a fan
Dust collecting units PUA, consist of a body with inlet and outlet nozzles. The filter unit is placed in the housing, consisting of the upper and lower mesh discs, between which the filter element is fixed. The upper disc is fixed and the lower disc moves in the unit body. The movement of the disk is carried out using a rod to which a removable handle is attached. The fixing of the disk in the intermediate position is carried out by a locking screw, a locking rod. A dust collector is fixed at the bottom of the case.
Dust collecting units PUAV a fan is installed on the outlet branch pipe, for starting and stopping of which a control system is provided. To ensure free removal of the cover, a plug connector is installed on the body. The units PUA (PUAV) -2000 and PUA (PUAV) -3000 are provided with a water indicator of the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the unit.
