The ventilation unit Vents PA 02 E is used to supply fresh air in ventilation systems. The ventilation unit is intended for connection to a network of rectangular air ducts 500x300 mm. This model comes with a set of automation.

Frame

The body of the unit is made of aluzinc. Sound insulation and thermal insulation is achieved through the use of a layer of mineral wool 50 mm thick.

Filter

A filter with replaceable inserts is designed to filter outside air in the unit. Filtration class - G4.

Heater

The PA unit is equipped with electric heaters with a heating power of 18 kW, the heater is equipped with built-in overheating protection.

Fan

The units are equipped with a high-pressure open-box centrifugal fan directly driven by an electric motor with an external rotor. The blades of the impeller are bent back. The fan ensures optimum performance in terms of air flow, noise level and efficiency. The fan can be easily removed from the housing for inspection and cleaning.

Mounting

The Vents PA 02 E air handling unit is mounted on the floor, suspended from the ceiling using a mounting bracket with a vibration insert, or mounted on the wall using brackets. The unit can be placed both in auxiliary rooms and in the main rooms (above a false ceiling, in a niche or open way). All electrical connections are made through the terminal block located in the junction box.

Air handling units are equipped with brackets to facilitate installation of the unit. The unit can be mounted in any position, except vertical, when the air flow is directed downwards (heaters must not be located under the fan). It is necessary to provide access to the installation in cases after-sales service and filter cleaning.

Control and automation

There are two installation options available:
1. Without control, when the consumer independently determines and selects the necessary automation system.
2. With a built-in control and automation system that allows you to adjust the fan performance (3 speeds), set the supply air temperature, monitor the condition (degree of contamination) of the filter. In addition, the automation system provides active protection against overheating of heater heating elements (for PA...E). You can control the unit from a distance using the remote control.

The remote control provides

• turning on/off the ventilation unit;
• the ability to set the required air flow;
• the ability to set the desired supply air temperature;
• display of room temperature;
• display of a malfunction (emergency).

Control and protection functions PA...E

• remote switching on and off of the unit;
• setting the required supply air temperature from the control panel and maintaining the set temperature (heater control using an optosimistor);
• fan speed control from the control panel;
• development of the necessary algorithms when turning the unit on and off;
• operation of the installation on a timer;
• active protection against overheating of heating elements of the heater;
• exclusion of the operation of the electric heater without turning on the fan;
• electric heater protection against overheating (two thermostats);
• control of the degree of filter clogging (differential pressure sensor).

1. Automatic control supply air valve PPVA.
2. Control and indication of filter contamination.
3. Smooth fan speed control 3~380V (50Hz).
4. Maintenance of the preset supply air temperature or room temperature.
5. Management of a liquid air heater and control over its operation.
6. Control of the compressor-condensing unit (KKB) for systems with a cooler.
7. Exhaust fan start signal.
8. Possibility of individual adjustment of all parameters of the ventilation system.
9. Stop the system on a signal from the fire alarm panel.

Specifications

The service life of the equipment for the ventilation unit manufactured by our company is set subject to the observance of the operating rules and the timely replacement of filters and parts with a limited resource. The list of such parts and their resource is indicated in the User's Manual for each specific model.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to carefully study the User Manual, pay attention to the conditions for the occurrence warranty obligations, check that the warranty card is filled out correctly. The warranty card is valid only in the presence of correctly and clearly indicated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the seller, installer, buyer's signature. The model and serial number of the product must match those specified in the warranty card.

Warranty Limitations

In case of violation of these conditions, as well as in the case when the data specified in the warranty card is changed, erased or rewritten, the warranty card is invalidated.

In this case, we recommend that you contact the seller to obtain a new warranty card that meets the above conditions. In the event that the date of sale cannot be determined, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the product.

Guarantee for recuperators 7 years.

A 7-year warranty applies to equipment operated in accordance with all operating rules prescribed in the "ZENIT Equipment Operation Manual". The warranty does not apply to equipment operated in rooms with high humidity (pools, saunas, rooms with humidity over 50% in winter period), but the warranty can be maintained by equipping the equipment with a duct dryer.
