Over the past half a year I have seen a lot of copies of this model and even a copy of a copy =) What can we say, there are a lot of rumors and various names about it on the Internet. To

for example: "GoPro alternative", "best camera", "people's camera", etc.

But, is this camera really that good that it gets so heavily compared to the Gorpo?

I also got the idea to check the rumors and compare it with the Gopro 3BE. If you want to know what results I have achieved, please cut!

Let's look at the camera closer and in more detail. The body of the device is completely black. From the front, the material of the camera is similar to soft touch. On the sides, as well as above and below -

in a small rhombus, due to this it is convenient to hold it in your hands and it does not strive to jump out.

On the front is a wide-angle lens with a claimed 170-degree field of view, a power/mode switch, as well as the SJCAM logo and model.

The "OK" button is installed on top - indicating the beginning / end of the recording and a signal LED indicating Wifi activity.

On the right, in a small recess, there is a platform on which there are connectors: micro HDMI, micro SD and micro USB. Near the site is a microphone, recording

streaming playback from the camera and even downloading the captured photos / videos to your smartphone.

Videos from the camera with a duration of 3 minutes - have a weight of about 350mb.

In the video recording mode, resolutions of 1080\30 and 720\30 are available, 720\60 is present but its use does not make sense, since 60 frames are achieved by copying

previous frame.

Permissions available in photo mode 5\8\12 mpx. I advise you to use 5px. Next comes the interpolation. The photo quality is quite decent.

SJ 4000 Wifi - as a video recorder it works fine, the duration of the video is 3\5 minutes. When applying and disconnecting external power - turns on / off

on one's own. You must first enable the auto mode in the settings. The viewing angle is sufficient.

The viewing angle on the Gopro is larger. From this I conclude that the real viewing angle of the SJ4000Wifi is ~ 150 degrees.
