1. General Provisions

1.2. 2. Functional responsibilities

3. The car washer is obliged to:

3.1. Arrive at the workplace in advance (~ 15 minutes in advance), change into a uniform, check the availability and serviceability of all equipment, and accept the shift together with the foreman.

3.2. When accepting a shift, check:

3.2.1. the power supply cable for damage (risk of electric shock); if damage is detected, the cable is immediately replaced;

3.2.2. check for damage to the high pressure hose (risk of rupture); replace the damaged hose immediately;

3.2.3. the suction hose of the water vacuum cleaner for damage;

3.2.4. container for dirty water of a water vacuum cleaner (must be empty and clean);

3.2.5. car washing equipment.

If any malfunctions are detected, you must inform the shift foreman or the Administrator.

3.3. Start work immediately after the shift is accepted.

If a shift is handed over while the client’s car is being serviced on site, the team handing over the shift must complete the work, regardless of the degree of readiness of the car.

3.4. Provide quality and efficient service to customer vehicles. Follow this procedure when working with clients:

3.4.1. Having noticed a car at the car wash gate, you must inform the Administrator about this; only in the absence of the Administrator, you must open the car wash gate yourself and notify the client that he can enter the post. The process of entering the car wash must be guided by indicating with gestures the direction of movement of the car;

3.4.1.1. When opening/closing the gate, the car wash operator must follow the following rules. Opening the gate. After opening the gate, lock it in the open position to prevent automatic closing. T Only after the car has completely entered the box, close the gate.

3.4.3. strictly carry out the scope of work specified in the work order;

3.4.4. After completing the work, it is necessary to invite the client to accept the car, check the cash receipt (the amount in the receipt must correspond to the amount of the cost of work in the work order), lay a mat in front of the driver's door and only after that open the gate for the car to leave. The exit process must be managed in the same way as the entry process.

3.4.5. In the event that, during the absence of the owner of the vehicle, there is an objective need to vacate the car wash bay, the Administrator can hand over the ignition keys to the car wash operator in order to move the car to the parking lot (on the territory of the car wash), while when moving the car the car wash operator is obliged to follow the instructions of the Administrator on the safety of rearranging the car and along the trajectory of its movement on the way to the parking lot.

3.4.5.1 After completing the relocation of the vehicle to the parking lot, the car wash is obliged to immediately close the car and hand over the ignition keys to the Administrator. In this case, the car wash operator does not have the right to drive his car outside the car wash area. It is also prohibited to drive a car through the car wash area unless absolutely necessary.

3.5. Avoid, and if they occur, immediately eliminate deficiencies indicated by the client (THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT!), the foreman or the Administrator;

3.6. Show courtesy and consideration to customers. Avoid conflict situations. If a conflict arises, invite the foreman and the Administrator to resolve the conflict.

3.7. Inform the foreman and the Administrator about all conflict situations.

3.8. Ensure the cleanliness and order of the car wash premises throughout the entire work shift (Clean the wash area after leaving each client’s car).

3.9. Follow safety regulations.

3.10. Follow the instructions for working with automatic and other equipment at the car wash, received from the car wash administrator .

3.11. Follow fire safety rules. If signs of a fire appear, immediately turn off all electrical appliances, immediately inform the administrator and, upon his instructions, take measures to extinguish the fire. Smoking and the use of open fire sources are prohibited in production premises.

3.12. Upon completion of work, the Car Washer must:

3.12.1. turn off the equipment, check the serviceability of all devices, clean vacuum cleaners, unclog drains, remove hoses, equipment and inventory to their storage areas, put auto chemicals on the stand.

3.12.2. clean the washing area (remove all garbage to a specially designated place, clean the walls and floor tiles in each box);

3.12.3. at the end of the shift (at 09-00 o'clock or 21-00 o'clock), together with the foreman, transfer the posts to the next shift.

4. The car wash operator is prohibited from:

4.1. Wash the car with the engine running.

4.2. Wash the car in the presence of unauthorized persons.

4.4. Use hoses that have defects.

4.5. Use electrical equipment if at least one malfunction is detected.

4.6. Be in the path of a moving vehicle.

4.7. Be careless when working with detergents and other chemicals.

4.8. Use equipment and other resources of the enterprise for personal purposes.

4.9. Accept car keys from the client.

4.10. Use/drive a vehicle left by the client for personal purposes.

5. The car washer has the right:
