The greenhouse under the film Dachnaya-2DU is designed for installation in open areas with strong winds. The design of the greenhouse provides two doorways at opposite ends, each doorway has a door with a window for ventilation.

Greenhouse "Dachnaya-2DU" has large quantity arcs and transverse parts compared to the greenhouse under the film "Dachnaya-2D": longitudinal elements 9 instead of 5, arcs 11 instead of 7.

The frame of the greenhouse "Dachnaya-2DU" made of galvanized metal profile 0.8 mm thick. Profile shape - Distance between arcs 60cm. The frame is assembled using nuts and screws.

The greenhouse package includes: frame parts, cover clamps, all necessary hardware kit, door hinges, screws for assembly and detailed instructions for assembling a greenhouse with illustrations.

The foundation for the installation of the greenhouse is not required, the greenhouse is installed in the ground by burying the T-shaped ends of the arcs. To fasten the upper part of the film, a thread stretched along an arc is used, fixed in the holes of the arc with hooks. Along the extreme arcs and at the ends of the greenhouse, the film is attached using clamping bars. To increase the durability of the film, it is recommended to make spacers between the frame and the film from pieces of the old film or from non-woven material, this prevents the film from wearing out due to friction on the frame in the wind.

The film coating is not included in the main package; at the request of the buyer, the greenhouse is completed with a special greenhouse film 150 microns thick and six meters wide.

Dimensions of the greenhouse "Dachnaya-2DU" assembled:

width - 3m;
height - 2m;
length - 6m.

Assembling the Greenhouse "Dachnaya-2DU"

Assembly and operation should be carried out with the instructions included in the kit, because instructions are subject to change.

Have you decided to switch from growing in open ground to greenhouse farming? If so, then pay attention to the greenhouse "Dachnitsa", which fully meets all the requirements for such structures.

Strictly speaking, "Dachnitsa" is not one greenhouse, but a model range consisting of three types of construction. Each of the buildings has its own differences, but at the same time in in general terms the structures are the same. "Dachnitsa" - arched greenhouses with sheathing made of sheets and a frame made of galvanized metal profile pipe.

All representatives model range"Dachnitsa" has the following advantages.

  1. Easy to assemble - all structural elements of the greenhouse are pre-cut, machined and welded. You just have to bring them to the place, fasten them together with a pipe-to-pipe connection, fix them with bolts or self-tapping screws and lay the skin. This does not require any special skills or complex tools, and with proper skill, assembling the Summer House greenhouse will take you no more than 4-6 hours.
  2. Durability - all elements of the frame have an anti-corrosion zinc coating. Welds additionally processed and dyed, therefore they will not become a weak point in your greenhouse. The service life of the "Dachnitsa" is limited only by the durability of cellular polycarbonate, which, with proper installation and subsequent care, can last 10 years or more.
  3. Reliability - the frame of the Dachnitsa greenhouses is designed with the expectation of increased snow and wind loads. You can find out the exact numbers by referring to the characteristics of each individual model.

  • Low weight - the use of cellular polycarbonate instead of heavy and fragile glass can significantly reduce the weight of the building, which, in turn, facilitates its transportation, assembly and dismantling.
  • No hassle with the foundation - the mass of greenhouses "Dachnitsa" allows you to easily fix it either directly to the ground, or to the simplest structure from a 100x100 mm beam knocked into a rectangular box.
  • Impact resistance - cellular polycarbonate is one of the most durable transparent plastics, and even a relatively thin 4 mm sheet can withstand heavy hail, a fallen branch or a thrown stone without serious damage.
  • Low cost - factory production and proven technology make greenhouses "Dachnitsa" cheap and affordable for everyone.
  • Let's consider each model from the "Summer Resident" series separately.

Prices for the frame of the greenhouse Dachnitsa

    greenhouse frame

    - the first greenhouse of this series. It is made of a galvanized metal profile with a section of 20x20 mm. It exists in several versions, differing in their length. The distance between the arches is 1 m. It withstands snow loads up to 70 kg/m2 and wind gusts up to 15-20 m/s. Produced since 2011.

Developed taking into account the operating experience of the "Standard" model. Some changes have been made to significantly increase the strength and durability of the frame while maintaining ease of assembly and low cost. A galvanized profile pipe 30x20 mm is used for the frame, while the distance between the arches of the greenhouse is reduced from 1 m to 0.65 m. Reinforced construction also increased resistance to powerful gusts of wind.

Important! For reliable wind protection, fix the greenhouse to the ground using rebar or profile pipe pins, or, alternatively, to the foundation using anchor bolts or long self-tapping screws.

Important! If you are just a beginner summer resident, we advise you to first purchase a small greenhouse and gain the necessary experience and skills in growing plants on closed ground. Subsequently, it is very easy to increase the area of the "Dachnitsa" greenhouse - you can buy an insert 2 m long, which is attached to the main greenhouse.

Choosing a place and preparing the foundation

Before ordering a set of greenhouses "Dachnitsa" and proceeding with the assembly, you need to decide where it will stand. A competent choice of a place for a greenhouse significantly affects the yield of crops.

First, determine the cardinal directions. The greenhouse should be located in such a way that it is not obscured by a building or trees from the south side - the plants in the "Dachnitsa" should receive a sufficient amount of sunlight from morning until evening. From the north, on the contrary, it is desirable to have some kind of “cover” in the form of a residential building, a fence or a hedge - so the cold wind will not blow over the greenhouse.

Important! It is impossible to place a greenhouse in the gap between two buildings or at some distance from it - in such places, due to the “wind tunnel” effect, strong and constant drafts are formed, which will oppress the plants and worsen the yield.

Orient the greenhouse as follows: if there are ventilation windows along its long wall, then they should face south; a wall without transoms should "look" to the north, the pediments of the greenhouse - to the east and west, respectively. It is not necessary to orient the building strictly to the cardinal points, but it is desirable to maintain at least approximately such an arrangement.

If your backyard is located on a hillside, then first build a terrace, slightly larger in area, length and width than those of the greenhouse. Strengthen its slopes with logs, timber, stone or brick so that over time the soil does not slide down.

In most cases, the foundation is not constructed during the installation of the "Dachnitsa" greenhouse - it is enough to fix it, drill holes every 1-1.5 m in the base of the greenhouse and drive pins at least 70 cm long into the ground through them. Then the ends are bent in the shape of the letter "G" or connected to the base by welding.

A simple foundation for the greenhouse "Dachnitsa"

And for those who believe that even such a light greenhouse needs a foundation, instructions are given for arranging a simple, inexpensive and fairly reliable timber structure.

Step 1. Take measurements and mark the area. Use a tape measure, pegs and ropes stretched between them. Thus, you should get the layout of the future trench for the foundation.

Step 2 Dig a trench around the perimeter of the future greenhouse. The width and depth must be equal to the cross section of the beam (usually 150x150 or 100x100 mm).

Step 3 Tamp the bottom of the trench, fill in a layer of sand or gravel 10 cm thick.

Step 4 Saw the timber - two segments along the length of the greenhouse, two along the width.

Step 5 Make cuts for a half-timber joint.

Step 6 Treat all segments of the timber with an antiseptic.

Important! In some instructions for arranging a foundation from a bar, it is prescribed to lay a layer of roofing material or other waterproofing material on the bottom and walls of the trench. It is undesirable to do this, since during heavy rains the roofing material will create a kind of “bath” for the timber, in which it will constantly come into contact with the liquid and collapse. Lay any waterproofing on top, directly on the timber.

Step 7 Lay the beam in the trench, connect to each other, while without fasteners.

Step 8 Use a level to check how evenly the tree is laid.

Step 9 Measure the diagonals with a tape measure. If they are equal (or have minor differences) - everything is done correctly.

Step 10 Connect the beam to each other with dowels or long screws.

Important! If desired, under the beam, you can dig "supports" of brick or concrete blocks.

Important! Side windows, partitions, spacers, stakes and inserts are not supplied in the basic set and must be purchased separately.

For convenience, all structural elements of the frame are indicated by numbers from the table above. Fasteners are made using bolts and nuts with washers, all holes for them are made in advance. For secure fixing, use a wrench or a special nozzle for a screwdriver. The assembly process begins with the pediment of the "Dachnitsa-Reinforced" greenhouse and the arcs adjacent to it.

Step 1. Attach four horizontal posts 4 to door 1. Fasten with bolts.

Step 2 From above, attach the upper part of the arch 3 to the door.

Step 3 To the ends of the upper part of the arch 3 and the horizontal posts 4, attach the vertical posts of the arches 2, left and right.

Step 4 Attach the lower and middle longitudinal elements 5 and 6 to the resulting pediment design, on the left and right sides.

Step 5 Between the longitudinal elements 5 and 6 fix the vertical posts of the intermediate arches 2.

Step 6 Attach the upper longitudinal element 7 to the top of the pediment.

Step 7 Between the longitudinal elements 6 and 7, connect the upper elements of the arches 3 on both sides of the greenhouse.

Step 8 Strengthen the connections, check the correct assembly and the reliability of the fasteners.

Repeat all these steps with the opposite gable. Now you need to assemble the intermediate part of the greenhouse frame and connect everything to each other.

Step 1. Attach vertical posts 2 to the lower longitudinal elements 5.

Step 2 Attach the middle longitudinal elements 6 to the resulting structure.

Scheme of fastening of longitudinal elements (6)

Step 3 Connect everything using the upper parts of the arches 3 and screw the upper longitudinal profile 7 onto the screws with a countersunk nut.

Step 4 Gather all the parts of the intermediate part of the frame together. Check the reliability of fasteners and completeness.

Step 5 Connect together the two gables and the intermediate part of the greenhouse "Dachnitsa" to each other. On the this stage pay great attention to the reliability of fasteners.

The final part of the construction of the frame for the greenhouse "Dachnitsa" is leveling and fixing on the ground.

Step 1. In the places where the pins are installed or fixed on a foundation made of timber, drill holes of the appropriate diameter in the base of the frame.

Step 2 Install the greenhouse in the area designated for it. Use a level to check how level it is.

Step 3 If a slope to one of the sides is detected, compensate for it with the help of supports and soil.

Step 4 Insert the pins into the holes drilled in step 1 and drive them into the ground. If there is a fastening on a beam - insert long self-tapping screws and tighten.

Step 5 Bend the ends of the pins sticking out of the ground in the shape of the letter "L" and turn them so that they (the ends) do not interfere with your future use of the greenhouse.

After that, you can do the installation of door handles, hooks and wraps. If, in addition to the basic set of the Summer House greenhouse, you have purchased vents or spacers, then also install them. Check how strong all connections are, repeat several opening-closing cycles for each door, vent and transom.

    Sheathing of the greenhouse "Dachnitsa"

Now it remains to mount sheets of cellular polycarbonate on the frame of the greenhouse "Dachnitsa-Reinforced". Use a screwdriver as a tool, and use roofing screws with rubber gaskets for fasteners. Start covering the greenhouse from its gables.

Step 1. Cut one of the polycarbonate sheets into two equal parts.

Step 2 Remove the protective film from them.

Step 3 Lay half of the sheet against the gable with the stabilizer side facing out.

Step 4 Screw in self-tapping screws with thermal washers throughout the arch.

A greenhouse is a structure inside which a certain microclimate is created that contributes to the favorable growth of plants at any time of the year. At the same time, to create it, I use various materials that are most suitable for specific operating conditions and based on the financial capabilities of the owner. That is why a reinforced greenhouse summer resident should be not only reliable, but also economical.

    Manufacturing

Before proceeding to your own summer cottage, you need to prepare its project. It is necessary not only to indicate all the design parameters and connection nodes, but also the material selected for work. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account all the country tricks of the greenhouse in order to achieve maximum effect at minimum cost.

    Foundation

Some craftsmen prefer not to make bases for some types of greenhouses. However, such structures cannot boast of great strength and protection of the soil from the cold. At the same time, the eco factory greenhouse, which also does not have a foundation, can be used seasonally, installed in early autumn and removed with the onset of severe cold weather.

In the manufacture of a high-quality base, it is necessary to take into account a lot of different factors that will affect not only technical specifications, but also on the conditions of organizing the necessary microclimate.

    • First of all, it is immediately necessary to determine that the foundation will be made of concrete and will take the form of a shallow pool. The fact is that it is this form that allows you to protect the earth inside from deep freezing and close access for various kinds of rodents and pests.
    • Also, the greenhouse pool in the summer cottage will be able to get its individual system irrigation, with its own drain.

    • When pouring the foundation, it must be remembered that a metal structure will be installed on it, which means that you need to think over the attachment points in advance. They can be made in the form of pins protruding from the base or in the likeness of special strips. However, professionals prefer to concrete the main bearing profiles when pouring the foundation.
    • Also, creating a base on which country greenhouses and greenhouses will be installed, you should take care in advance of the paths that will separate the beds. Therefore, when making a foundation project, this must be taken into account.

Advice! After creating the base, it must be treated with bitumen from all sides. This will serve as waterproofing and additional insulation.

    frame

For the manufacture of the structure itself, you can use a variety of materials.

Metal profiles are especially well suited, although factory-made 2D models for film developed are preferred to be made from galvanized pipes of small diameter.

    • When designing the frame yourself, you first need to decide on the coating material. This is due to the fact that they can have different properties, namely flexibility, which is reflected in the entire structure.
    • Special attention should be paid to the connection nodes. It should be noted right away that composite products do not have great reliability, therefore, reinforced greenhouses of the 2DU type for film are equipped with special retainers in the form of cotter pins.

    • If the frame is made of a metal profile, then self-tapping screws are used to connect it. However, the most reliable are the nodes equipped with bolts.
    • When designing the frame, all loads that will fall on the structure should be taken into account. It is best to install a few additional stiffeners than to repair later.

    • If a building is being designed that involves the use of two sections, then such a kopeck piece should be interconnected. This will provide mutual oscillation during gusts of wind, which will give additional strength.
    • The fastening of the frame to the foundation must be rigid. Therefore, most often it is additionally reinforced with impact dowels. As a result, the structure must be very strong and able to withstand the necessary weight and additional loads.
    • If the frame is being developed for polycarbonate or it is planned that a three-ruble note will be created, then the distance between the profiles must be calculated in such a way that the joints of the coating and the joints fall on the locations of the ribs. This will serve as an additional fixation and add strength to the product.

Advice! When working with a material such as polycarbonate, it must be taken into account that not only external loads, but also external ones will affect the frame. This is due to the fact that this material is not only fixed on the profiles, but also held by them in a given position.

    Coating

The summer resident's factory greenhouse is usually designed for the fact that an ordinary transparent film will be used as a coating. This is quite convenient, because if desired, it can be quickly removed, allowing the plants to be in their natural environment.

If, however, the plants that will be grown in it require a strictly defined temperature and humidity, then another material should be used as a coating. Polycarbonate is best suited, the price of which can sometimes seem quite high, but its properties allow you to create a solid structure with a warm and transparent roof in autumn.

However, it should be remembered that there are many various kinds this material. Some of them have a special coating that protects from sunlight or has a certain color. Such material is not suitable for these purposes, since it involves additional costs for organizing lighting.

If the installation is done by hand, then you should stock up on the necessary fastening material in advance. For polycarbonate, it is worth using specially designed self-tapping screws. It is worth remembering that before using them, small holes must be made in the material.

It should be noted that the standard assembly of the structure involves the use of various additional elements. This is especially true for products made of polycarbonate. The fact is that in order to increase efficiency and sealing, together with this material it is necessary to use connecting strips and limit switches.

You can buy additional accessories in specialized stores along with the main material. At the same time, professionals recommend taking products from only one company so that there are no problems when docking.

Advice! When purchasing a coating, you can immediately take care of how it will be mounted on moving elements in the form of doors or windows. At the same time, some masters recommend buying ready-made plastic structures designed for these purposes.

    Additional work

It should be noted that in order to create an individual microclimate, various systems may be required that would provide heating or . They are usually sold separately from the frame and have a mass different types. Wherein concrete type such systems are selected solely from the need to create the right atmosphere.

Usually for everyone similar product installation instructions are included. However, if these systems are manufactured independently, then they should not harm the rest of the structure with strong heat, constant humidity or other products of their activity.

Advice! IN Lately many different types of process automation systems have appeared to maintain the microclimate. They are low priced and quite reliable. Therefore, it is worth stopping your choice on them, which will save a lot of time.

    Output

In the presented video in this article you will find Additional information on this topic. Also, based on the text presented above, we can conclude that there is nothing complicated in creating a greenhouse for a summer cottage. In this case, you can use not only factory designs, but also make it yourself.
