Where 1s 8.3 are all functions. "Hot" keys: editor of text documents
24.10.2016
How to enable the "All functions" menu item in the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 program
With the release of 1C programs on the Internet, developers faced new technical challenges, for example:- the ability to work in the program using a web browser,
- the ability to work on mobile devices with different screen resolutions,
- the ability to work, manage and enter information by touching the touch screen.
Significant reworking of the user interface was required: larger controls were made, more contrasting colors of controls, color highlighting of active controls, large fonts, indents between elements, usability was significantly redesigned to improve ease of perception.
As a result, the user interface (which was called "Taxi") was unified and simplified as much as possible, and to access all the main elements of the program, the "All functions" command appeared in the main menu of the command interface, which allows you to go to the list of all configuration objects and to standard functions provided by the platform: registers, directories, constants, totals management functions, full-text search, posting documents, etc.
By default, after installing the 1C program, this item is not displayed in the main menu. This is due to the fact that the listed functions are not intended for an ordinary and untrained user.
However, if necessary, the user can independently enable the display of the "All functions" command.
So, if you don't have the "All Functions" button in your interface, then click Main Menu > Tools > Options.
In the window that opens, select "Display command" All functions ".
If there is no "Display All Functions" command in the options window
If you do not have such an item in the options window "Display the "All functions" command, then most likely you do not have enough rights. For security reasons, the developers have added a separate role that controls the user's ability to independently enable or disable this option. If you have an administrator, then contact him so that he can add such a role to you.If you are "your own administrator", then you need to go to the 1C Configurator, select the menu item "Administration" > "Users".
In the user list, select the user to which you want to add rights. In the user card on the tab "Other" we find the line "Mode "All functions", set the flag, click "OK".
Now this user can independently configure the visibility of the "All functions" command .

Each 1C solution based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform has a wide range of capabilities. However, there are universal tricks that can be used in any configuration. With this article, we open a series of publications in which 1C methodologists will talk about the universal capabilities of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Let's start with one of the most important methods to improve work efficiency - from the description of "hot" keys (actions from the keyboard, as a rule, are performed faster than similar ones through the menu using the mouse). Having mastered hotkeys, you will simplify the performance of frequently repeated actions.

Hot Keys: Global Actions
Global actions are actions that you can perform in any state of the program. It does not matter what is currently open in 1C:Enterprise. The main thing is that the application should not be busy performing any task.
Global actions are actions that can be called anywhere in the running 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Regardless of what exactly happens in the running configuration, the meaning of global actions does not change (for example, pressing Ctrl+N will always bring up the dialog for creating a new document).

"Hot" keys: general actions
General actions- actions that have the same meaning in different configuration objects, but the behavior of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform changes depending on where exactly you use one or another common action. For example, pressing the "Del" key marks the current element of the directory for deletion if you are in the list of directory elements. Or deletes the contents of the current cell of the spreadsheet document if you are editing it.

Setting up functionality in the 1C Accounting 8.3 program
Before you start working with the program 1C Accounting 8.3, it is recommended to configure the use of functionality. This process allows you to remove unnecessary functions that we will not need. And leave only those functions that we will use when maintaining accounting
The functionality of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program is configured in a special window available in the "Main" section by the "Functionality" command.
On the "Main" tab, you can choose one of three options for setting functionality. "Basic" functionality will suit most small businesses. It contains features that are sufficient for the main sections of accounting and at the same time has a simple interface.
Full functionality includes the inclusion of all the functions of the program 1C Accounting 3.0.
The selective functionality that we will use involves the independent setting of flags for the functions of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program used
Let's install the "selective" functionality and go through all the tabs independently determining which functions of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program we will need and which we will not use.
Later, if during economic activity the company needs to use some functionality, you can always return to this window and set the appropriate flags by enabling the required functionality of the 1C Accounting 8.3 program.
On the “Bank and cash desk” tab, we are interested in the “Settlements in currency conventional units” flag, since our company will carry out foreign exchange transactions. Cash documents (forms strict accountability) will not be used, so this flag can be removed. We will not use payment cards, fiscal registrar, and payment requests either. Remove these flags.
On the "Stocks" tab, we are interested in the flag "Overalls and special equipment". We will use them in our accounting. We will not use returnable packaging and nomenclature. But the option "Imported goods" will be useful to us, since we will be purchasing imported goods from foreign supplier and take into account the goods in the context of customs declaration numbers.
On the “Fixed assets and intangible assets” tab, we will leave both flags, since our accounting will include transactions related to fixed assets and transactions related to intangible assets.
On the "Trade" tab, leave the flag " Retail, as we will be using it. Flags " Alcoholic products” and “Gift certificates” we will not use. Let's leave the flags associated with commission trading. The flag "Transfer of non-exclusive rights" will be removed. We won't need it. Shipment without transfer of ownership will not be made. Leave the rest of the flags enabled.
There is a single "Production" flag in the "Production" tab, which includes the whole module production accounting. Let's leave it enabled.
Thus, the functionality of the program 1C Accounting 8.3 is configured
Very often, novice users are faced with the problem of displaying the "All functions" button in 1s 8.3. For those who do not know, this button in the menu allows you to view the tree of all objects that are present in the configuration. Why might this be needed? And for everything, because what we see in the user interface does not mean that we see all configuration objects. Sometimes it's faster and easier to find, for example, some desired document or a directory in the 1s 8.3 configuration tree, rather than in the interface itself. So let's start solving our problem, namely, we will make the button visible "All functions" in 1s 8.3. You can always order a comprehensive 1c service from us, and then there will be much less questions, because we are happy to help each of our clients!
Adding a button parameters in 1s 8.3
First we need to add the options button, we do it as follows, in the upper right corner there is a small arrow pointing down, press it and a menu with available buttons will drop out, those that we have enabled are marked with checkmarks, those that are not, respectively, are disabled. Turn on options.
Now click on the wrench icon that appears, a window with parameter settings will open. Put a tick " Display panel All functions".
What to do if there is no "All functions" option in the parameters?
Previously, the "All functions" button was always located in the parameters, and in the way described above it could always be turned on. Currently in some 1C configurations, this option was made tied to the "All functions mode" role, and without this role enabled, this option is not visible in the options. In order to see the "All functions" option in the 1C 8.3 parameters, you need to enable the desired role for the current user, as shown in the figure below.
Method 1: If the user has administrator rights
Often this button is not displayed in the menu. To configure it in 1C 8.3, you should find in the upper right corner a small arrow pointing down:
Clicking it will bring up a menu with available commands. Select Menu - Tools and then Options:
Go to the Options menu and open the settings window. Check the box next to Display All Functions.
After this configuration, the "All functions" button will be available to the user:
This procedure is available to a user with administrative rights. If the user does not have such rights, then the All functions command should be added through the actions in the configurator.
Method 2. For a user with the “Accountant” rights set
To do this, go to the Configurator, find the Administration section. Hover over this section of the menu. A list of commands opens:
We go to the menu users, select the user "Accountant":
We call editing the user by clicking on the pencil or double-clicking on the selected field with the mouse:
Select the Other tab. A list of commands for editing opens. Select and mark the All functions mode command and press the OK button. The command has been added to the working base:
Using the "All functions" button in 1C 8.3
Through the All functions button, you can select all objects of the workflow system:
- The user can quickly select any document, directory or perform any action.
- There is a "+" button next to each object. By clicking on it, all subsystem documents, directories, processing, registers, etc. are revealed:
For example, to generate an Account Analysis in 1C 8.3, it is not necessary to go to the Reports section and select the desired report by its type:
By clicking the All functions button, you can select the Reports section and find any report that is not displayed in the Standard Reports:
Using the All functions button, you can quickly and easily manage totals, full-text search, post documents, etc., which speeds up the work of an accountant and makes it more productive in 1C 8.3.
To figure out where and what documents, directories are in 1C 8.3, how to set up the program “for yourself”, what procedure for processing documents and regulatory reporting operates in the program - ours will help you. Learn more about the course in our video:
