In recent years, psychological trainings and seminars have become increasingly popular. This is due to the fact that knowledge of the principles of this science underlies pleasant and effective interaction with people, and also ensures the achievement of set goals in many areas of life. The essence of psychological training is to obtain new knowledge and acquire the skills to use it in practice. Classes can be intended for children, parents or just adults. They vary in duration and intensity, depending on the tasks set at the beginning of the course.

Psychological communication programs

Psychological seminars on the topic of communication will teach a person to competently structure his speech, control gestures and facial expressions during a conversation in order to achieve the desired result.

Classes of this type are aimed at developing the following skills:

  • productive communication with people (subordinates, business partners, colleagues, superiors, etc.);
  • ways to influence the interlocutor;
  • protection from emotionally aggressive dialogue partners;
  • finding ways out of conflicts and understanding their causes;
  • building your behavior based on the psychological type of your interlocutor.

The training will help correct existing communication mistakes and win over the people around you. Such classes are held for adults and teenagers.

Self-confidence is the key to success!

There are also psychological trainings in Moscow devoted to issues of building self-confidence. They help you identify your achievements, identify your talents and strengths, believe in them and open up new facets of your mind. After such classes, a person is less nervous at public speaking, when concluding business deals and at meetings with management. He can defend his point of view and get the desired career growth.

Such socio-psychological training turns out to be useful not only for adults, but also for adolescents. The fact is that children 12-18 years old do not understand their value well, and often become embarrassed even with little responsibility assigned to them or when speaking in front of a wide audience.

Paths of self-knowledge

Psychological training for personal growth will teach a person to be confident in any situation and never lose self-control, which will allow him to achieve success in many areas. The leader of the seminar will teach you to understand yourself well and discover hitherto unknown sides of your character. Practical exercises will provide useful skills for concentrating on the most important matters and allow you to master effective relaxation techniques. Meditation and other practices will help you find harmony in your life and relationships with the outside world.

Often psychological courses and trainings in Moscow are group, since many classes are based on communication and interaction, and skills are developed during role-playing games. But there are also psychological trainings with individual counseling, which also give excellent results.

Specialists of the Center for Education and Development “Insight” offer you psychological trainings in Moscow of various types and age categories. We conduct classes to prepare children for adaptation to school, communication and self-confidence courses for teenagers, seminars for parents aimed at understanding children, and much more.

All trainings are conducted using the latest methodological developments by qualified specialists with specialized education and extensive practical experience.

WHAT IS PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING?

Psychological training- this is a workshop where theory

Combined with special exercises and techniques.

At psychological training, you have the opportunity to understand your situation and get answers to your questions (if you ask).

We were taught a lot at school, colleges and universities.

They taught anything but thathow to become happy and successful, not to

How to becomeLeader and Master, Creator and Winner. But this must be taught from the first grade.

How much do you remember from what you were taught, if it does not directly relate to your profession? And why? This is because school imparts knowledge, not skills, theory, not practice.

Psychological training- this is not a boring lecture, this is a fascinating process of learning about yourself and the world.

Psychological training- this is not only a powerful flow of information, it is an opportunity to change yourself. And as you know, “change yourself, the world around you will change.”

Psychological training- This is the most effective teaching method today. During psychological training, a psychologist or trainer introduces new skills and new behavior (and thinking) strategies to participants. And, what’s most interesting, in the future a person uses these skills without thinking.

Psychological training- this is an opportunity to understand your situation, “twist” it from different sides, “put everything into order” and resolve difficulties.

Psychological training gives powerful forces that become a resource for the desired changes, which allows you to lay a powerful foundation for your future.

Today, psychological training is one of the most effective forms of learning, personal growth and problem solving in various areas of life..

WHY DO YOU NEED PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAININGS?

Remember how many interesting and fascinating books you have read? How much do you remember from the information received? So what of this? use in life? You can read a lot of psychological literature, but you will not change anything in your life. Why? Because books give knowledge, not skills and abilities.

There is a big difference between knowledge and skill. You can memorize the rules of the road, thoroughly study the structure of a car, but you will never learn to drive a car.

So: the theory is described in books, and practice can be obtained at psychological trainings or in life itself. But, as a rule, if we begin to apply psychological knowledge in life, bypassing psychological trainings, we either don’t succeed at all, or it turns out very clumsily. This is because we have not developed a certain skill.

A skill is a skill that has been brought to automaticity.

When you know how to do something, you don't think about how you do it.

You walk and while walking you don’t think about how to move your foot from heel to toe, since you have the skill of walking. If you start thinking about it, your walk will become awkward. The same clumsiness appears when trying to apply the psychological knowledge read (but not learned) in life. As a result, we do not get the desired result and become disillusioned with psychology in general.

The difference between reading psychological literature and psychological trainings the same as between correspondence and full-time education.

It is impossible to learn a foreign language without practice.

It is impossible to learn to build harmonious relationships without practice.

So it turns out that we know a lot, but very often, unfortunately, we do not apply our knowledge in life.

Psychological training shows you the successful direction in which you can move. But whether to go in this direction or not, You choose for yourself!

It's nice to observe what amazing metamorphoses happen to people in the period before and after psychological training how their eyes shine, how Love splashes in them.

The purpose of our psychological trainings is to help You will achieve harmony and spiritual comfort, improve the quality of life. But a harmonious person allows only harmonious people into his life, and he always has a choice. He simply won’t get into a problematic situation, won’t let a problem into his life, he will see it, observe it, realize it and... walk around a kilometer away.

Psychological trainings- it's always group work.

A psychologist or trainer directs the work of the group in such a way as to most effectively identify and eliminate the causes of each participant’s problems.

And if you have no problems on the topic of psychological training, perhaps you want to become more successful in this matter.

Or do you want to become super successful in all matters.

Or maybe you want to resolve issues indirectly related to this topic.

For example, you have no problems with money, you are successful, but your old debts have not been returned to you.

Or you are successful, you have no debts, but you don’t know whether and how to do charity. Or you want to marry a rich man.

Then you have a direct route to psychological training "Attracting money"!

Psychological training- this is a training, a rehearsal for a play called Life. After working through a situation in psychological training and replaying it several times, you can completely free yourself from the problem or successfully solve it in life.

Fundamental advantage psychological training is an opportunity to receive feedback: emotional support from participants in psychological training who have common problems and common goals.

Psychological exercise “Gift”

Target: The exercise increases the self-esteem of the participants and stimulates them to work on themselves. Improves the mood of participants and the atmosphere in the group.

Time: 25-35 minutes

Band size: 8-16 participants

Let's sit in a circle. Have each of you take turns giving a gift to your neighbor on the left (clockwise). The gift must be given (given) silently (non-verbally), but in such a way that your neighbor understands what you are giving him. The one who receives a gift should try to understand what is being given to him. Until everyone receives gifts, there is no need to say anything. We do everything silently.

When everyone receives gifts (the circle is closed), the coach turns to the group member who received the gift last and asks him what gift he received. After he answers, the coach turns to the participant who gave the gift and asks what kind of gift he gave. If there are discrepancies in the answers, you need to find out what exactly is causing the misunderstanding. If a group member cannot say what they were given, you can ask the group about it.

Results of the exercise:

When discussing the exercise, participants can formulate conditions that facilitate understanding in the communication process. Most often, these conditions include highlighting a significant, clearly understood attribute of a “gift”, using adequate means of non-verbal depiction of an essential attribute, and concentrating attention on the partner.

Psychological exercise “My shortcomings”

Target
: The exercise increases the self-esteem of the participants and stimulates them to work on themselves.

Time: 25-35 minutes

Band size: Any

It is very important to try to find a new name for your imagined shortcomings. Label them as follows: properties that can be improved. The word "weakness" carries connotations of hopelessness and immutability. By replacing it with something that allows for improvement, you begin to look at life differently.

Take 5 minutes to write a detailed list of reasons why you can't love yourself. If you don’t have enough time, you can write longer, but in no case less. After you write, cross out everything that correlates with the general rules and principles: “Loving yourself is not modest,” “A person should love others, not himself.” Let only those things that are personally connected with you remain on the list of shortcomings.

Now you have a list of your shortcomings, a list of what ruins your life. Think about it, if these shortcomings belonged not to you, but to some other person whom you love very much, which of them would you forgive him or, perhaps, even consider as advantages? Cross out these traits; they could not stop you from loving another person and, therefore, they cannot prevent you from loving yourself.

Note those traits, those shortcomings that you could help him overcome. Why don't you do the same for yourself? Write them down on a separate list, and cross out those that you can overcome.

With those that remain, do the following: let’s say to ourselves that we have them, we need to learn to live with them and think about how to cope with them.

We will not abandon our loved one if we find out that some of his habits, to put it mildly, do not suit us.

Psychological exercise “I want to change myself”

Target: Exercise helps to develop new qualities in oneself and accelerates the personal growth of participants.

Time: 25-35 minutes

Band size: Any

To begin the exercise, take paper and pen and divide the sheet into two columns.

Traits I want to get rid of

Character Traits I Want to Acquire

Now, placing the prepared table in front of you, try to relax and think about yourself. You can turn off the lights, but leave enough light so you can write. Then look at the first column, start brainstorming, and quickly and without thinking, write down all the traits you want to get rid of. Write down everything that comes to your mind, and don’t try to judge whether it’s realistic for you to get rid of this quality.

For example, if you snore, then most likely you are not able to get rid of such an ailment - this fact does not prevent you from writing it down in the first column. Continue until you write down at least 5-7 character traits. Then turn to the second column, start brainstorming and quickly write down all the traits you want to acquire. In some cases, they may be the opposite of the traits you want to get rid of (for example, instead of being shy, you want to be more outgoing; instead of being intolerant of people, you want to be more tolerant).

Wonderful!

Just continue this process and write down whatever comes to your mind without trying to criticize or evaluate it. In addition, do not try to judge now whether it is realistic for you to acquire this quality. Again, continue writing until you have listed at least five traits or until the process begins to slow down. When you feel finished, you are ready to prioritize the traits you want to get rid of or gain.

Eliminate repetition first. For example, if you wrote down “become less negative and critical,” the opposite trait would be “become more positive and supportive.” Once you've written down that opposite trait, cross out the character trait you want to get rid of. To set priorities, look at each trait on the list one by one and determine how important it is to you by assigning a letter:

  • A (very important)
  • B (important)
  • C (nice to have, but not that important)

Write these letters next to each line. Look at the traits labeled A. If you have more than one trait in this category, rank them in order of priority: 1, 2, 3, etc.

You have now set your priorities and will work on developing the traits that are most important to you first. But work on developing a maximum of three traits at a time. Once you feel confident that you have made them your personality traits, move on to the next traits on your list in order of priority (work on all the A traits in order, then the B traits, and finally the C traits). If you feel like you've changed a lot, make a new list of priorities for yourself.

Psychological exercise “No judgments”

Target
: Exercise trains the ability to communicate non-judgmentally, develops a more positive attitude towards people.

Time: 15-20 minutes

Band size: Any

The group is divided into pairs. Partners need to take turns telling each other about mutual acquaintances, avoiding judgments. Statements should be in a descriptive style.

Each partner works for 4 minutes. During his speech, the second partner monitors the presence of assessments and marks (gives a signal) if there are any.

  • What were the difficulties?
  • What helped you avoid judgmental statements?
  • What new qualities have you discovered in yourself?

Psychological exercise “Tangled chains”

Target: The exercise teaches you to communicate effectively with each other and helps unite the team.

Time: 15-30 minutes

Band size: 12-20 participants

All group members stand in a circle, close their eyes and extend their right hand in front of them. And they clasp with the hand they met first.

Then the participants extend their left arms and again look for a partner. The leader helps the hands connect and makes sure that everyone is holding the hands of two people, not just one.

Participants open their eyes.

Now their task is to untangle themselves without unclenching their hands.

As a result, the following options are possible: either a circle is formed, or several linked rings of people, or several independent circles or pairs.

Summing up the exercise:

  • Are you satisfied with your result?
  • What helped and what hindered you in the process?
  • Who would you like to highlight and thank for your results?

Psychological exercise “Taking risks”

Target: This is a very short exercise. Trust exercise.

Time: 5 minutes

Band size: Any

Now we will conduct an exercise that involves a certain risk. I ask you to trust me and join the circle of those who want to help me..."

After everyone has entered the circle, thank them and tell them that the exercise is over.

Summing up the exercise:

Ask those who came out why they did it? For those who did not enter, why? Discuss how the phrase “Trust me” influenced their decision.

Why do people often trust others without thinking about the consequences, etc.?

Psychological exercise “Life goals”

Target:
Exercise helps you develop life goals.

Time: 25-35 minutes

Band size: Any

Step 1. Let's talk about your life goals. Take a pen and paper. Take 15 minutes to think about the question, “What do I really want to get out of my life?” Don’t think for a long time, write down everything that comes to your mind. Pay attention to all areas of your life. Fantasize. The bigger, the better. Answer the question as if you have an unlimited resource of time. This will help you remember everything you strive for.

Step 2. Now, in two minutes, you need to choose what you would like to devote to the next three years. And after that, another two minutes - to add or change the list. Goals must be realistic. As you work through this and subsequent steps, as opposed to the first, write as if these were your last years and months. This will allow you to concentrate on the things that really matter to you.

Step 3. Now we will define goals for the next six months - two minutes to create a list and two minutes to adjust it.

Step 4. Take two minutes to work on auditing your goals. How specific are they, how consistent are they with each other, how realistic are your goals in terms of time and available resources. Perhaps you should introduce a new goal - acquiring a new resource.

Step 5. Review your lists periodically, if only to make sure you are moving in the chosen direction. Doing this exercise is similar to using a map on a hike. From time to time you turn to it, adjust the route, perhaps even change direction, but most importantly, you know where you are going.

Summing up the exercise:

  • How do you feel after the exercise?
  • What interesting conclusions have you drawn for yourself?
  • What was unexpected for you?
  • What was the hardest thing? Why?
  • Who has made a realistic plan and is ready to follow it?

The “Traffic Light” exercise is unique because it is the original development of psychology professor N.I. Kozlov.

An exercise incredibly effective in its effectiveness, capable of making a “revolution” in the minds of the training participants in just an hour. A real "pearl".

Many people do not know how to appreciate what they already have in their lives: material, spiritual benefits, relationships with loved ones. If, in an unexpected way, a person loses what he previously had, he finds himself in a state of emotional negativity. And the stronger the degree of negativity the event, the more difficult it is for a person to maintain his positive attitude towards people in particular and towards life in general. Using this tool, the trainer helps participants, without going through a situation of loss in life, take an inventory of their values, while simultaneously reducing their emotional involvement in an unpleasant situation.

What do you think will happen if you invite training participants to learn a technique that allows you to completely understand and feel your interlocutor, right down to his sense of self and train of thought? Most likely, they will think that you are either pranking them, or that you will teach them some complex technique that takes years to learn and has a natural predisposition.

What if you tell them that this is not a joke and that in 30 minutes you will actually teach them simple and accessible technique for understanding your communication partner, a technique that anyone can learn? Of course, they will happily jump at this opportunity.

The “Feeling” exercise gives you the opportunity to practice this very technique and get amazing results in the first stages.

Very effective and “deep” exercise, capable of causing real changes in the self-esteem of training participants.

The “Court” exercise is really similar to a court hearing, so it will most likely become the most striking and important event of the training for all participants, who get the opportunity to publicly hear feedback from their group colleagues. Despite the fact that feedback is given in a constructive form, it still contains both “positive” and “negative” remarks, and therefore will be a real test for the group. But at the end of the training participants will receive the opportunity to see the adequacy of one’s self-esteem, test your ability to calmly listen or voice criticism, and gain a more objective understanding of how their actions and manifestations are assessed by others.

Exercise is a must for everyone confidence training(What confidence can there be without adequate and stable self-esteem?). It will fit perfectly into personal growth training and will be a good addition to stress resistance training.

Game exercise, expanding the training participants’ self-image, increasing confidence and opening new perspectives. Reveals the creative potential of training participants, sets up and motivates the group for further work. Maybe like warming up, and the main thematic exercise.

Exercise “I can do it very well!” perfect for personal growth and motivational trainings. Would be a good option for teenagers and youth groups. It can be successfully combined with the objectives of team-building trainings, and can be made very indicative of confidence training. In addition, the exercise is indispensable for training in starting your own business and employment training.

A very good and effective exercise in determination, providing training participants with the opportunity to work through their doubts and possible obstacles on the path to their goal. Increases the energy and motivation of the group for further learning.

Suitable for any training related to the topic of achieving goals. First of all, these are, of course, goal-setting trainings, self-confidence trainings, motivational trainings, as well as trainings for personal growth and stress resistance.

The trainer has the opportunity to clearly demonstrate to participants how minor obstacles that arise can interfere with the achievement of goals, and how to easily overcome them simply by having the proper determination.

We recommend unique coaching techniques for the best exercises for training:

During team building training, this exercise will teach participants to work in a team, negotiate, hear each other, make collective decisions, and interact more effectively.

Thanks to its exciting legend, the exercise strongly involves the training participants, increases the tone and energy of the group, and increases the motivation of the training participants to learn.

But high-quality implementation of this exercise requires the trainer to be highly qualified and have extensive experience in conducting such exercises. Otherwise, despite all the interestingness of the legend, the group does not realize all the conclusions that it could have realized with the high quality of the coach’s work.

Not so long ago, the passion for training became a kind of trend. Problems of a psychological nature (they concern personal life or work) have long been no longer hidden by anyone: on the contrary, they are usually solved, and not in the company of friends. Over the past few years, the percentage of people who attend psychological, sexual or business training has increased sharply, however, their effectiveness and benefits are constantly in question. But many people say: trainings really help you look at life from a different angle and become better. ELLE decided to make a selection of the most popular trainings.

First, a little history.

The term “training” was introduced by the American educator and writer Dale Carnegie, who founded the Dale Carnegie Training center in 1912, which still provides training on developing public speaking skills, self-confidence and interaction between people.

Training is a method of active learning aimed at developing knowledge, skills and abilities. As a rule, during trainings, coaches place all the emphasis on practice, so participants can immediately test the acquired knowledge: most often, on experimental relatives, friends, employers and complete strangers.

"Leadership"

Irina Khakamada’s training begins with approximately these words: “A leader is not the one who is the most charming, the most charismatic, the most talkative, the most professional. Leadership lives quieter, more modestly, in the back room of our ambitions, on the door of which hangs a sign “Responsibility”. Next, the Russian publicist and politician answers the questions: how does leadership affect a career? How does it allow people to overcome crises and believe in themselves? How to find out your calling? How to build a team? Which path to success should you choose? The course lasts a day from May 22 to July 10 and costs 125 thousand rubles.

"Communication Mastery"

The popular Moscow training center “Sinton” has its own special “legendary program”, which includes a master class on the topic “How to achieve your goal and not be afraid of other people’s opinions”, training on how to manage emotions and use them for good (even if they are negative) and “Communication Mastery” training. The program is designed for people who “seem to be fine, but want something more,” as the description says. Each of the trainings lasts a whole day, and then, as the participants say, you begin to think completely differently, and most importantly, you understand what you need.

Cost: from 1200 rub.

"Volume transformation"

The training course of the popular Russian acting teacher German Sidakov, who has a drama school of the same name, is designed for people who feel that there is no development in their lives and do not know where to move next. This is perhaps the most unclassified training, which is reviewed without a hint of doubt. It helps to reveal creative potential, to look at everything that happens with different eyes - without hypnosis and mysterious techniques. Actors have been using this program for many years, which helps them not only in their work, but also in life. The creator of the training himself promises not only internal transformation, but also external one, because if you work on what’s inside, the result is obvious.

The course lasts 8 days, the cost can be found on the official website.

"Director of Online Marketing"

"Lifesurfing"

This training is conducted at the center of Dr. Golubev. According to the participants, the course makes a person capable of achieving success in any conditions. Moreover, it is suitable for both those who have just begun to build a career and for experienced businessmen. The training also addresses interpersonal relationships among friends and family. It is conducted by psychotherapists and clinical psychologists, and in the process of training the foundations of thinking and, consequently, actions change: you learn to control all the processes that happen in life.

You can find out the cost by filling out the form on the website.

"Basic Management Skills"

"Million for the Lady"

Secrets is a sex education center, but it also offers personal growth training for women. This course answers women's questions about why they spend a lot of effort but get so little in return. The training will teach you how to correctly calculate time, not waste yourself, get rid of emotional burnout, become more self-confident, and achieve the desired income. And most importantly, do not depend on anyone and use it correctly to remain a woman and not turn into a tyrant.
