The employee, having no rights, did not coordinate his actions with the higher management, took and arbitrarily rebooted the company's server at a time when the system administrator was remotely trying to restore work. As a result, the recovery was not only delayed, but the data stored on the server also suffered. The employee was reprimanded, and instead of taking note that he was wrong, on the contrary, he began to prove that it was not his fault, but those who did, in strict accordance with which he acted. So figure out who is right and who is not.

The employee filed a lawsuit, but the company's management showed loyalty and understanding, offered to replace the reprimand with a remark, thereby partially admitting his guilt and mitigating the employee's punishment. As a result, the conflict was settled, and the case did not reach the court.

Another situation is when the boss allows himself to humiliate his subordinates. Here you need to act firmly and clearly. Idiocy must be cut at the root, which means that each such attack by the boss must be parried, but not in a loud form or sit and be silent while you are humiliated. Here, the behavior should be such that the boss feels that he is essentially wrong. Of course, this is difficult, but as a rule, people who are confident in themselves and their abilities can easily cope with such unfortunate bosses.
