Calibration of pocket electronic scales should be carried out at room temperature, after at least 30 minutes of keeping the balance at a constant temperature.
Attention! Electronic pocket scales are well calibrated by the manufacturer, so if there are no big doubts about the accuracy of the scales, then there is no point in calibrating!!!

I have a big family and I have to cook often and a lot, each time coming up with something new. Sometimes you just can’t do without a small kitchen scale, because recipes, as you know, contain certain proportions. The seller sent the order for 4 days, it could have been faster. The packaging, which is called "limping", I have no idea how these poor weights managed to survive. The Chinese packed them in a simple postal package without anything. However, the scales arrived in integrity and safety without a single scratch, apparently the case of the product itself is very reliable!

Review

As I wrote above, when I opened the package, I was surprised that my new assistant was intact. Looking from all sides, twisting, turning, I was delighted. There was no backlash, no creak, and appearance fully consistent with the description in the product card. The only downside is the lack of batteries included. In the product review on Aliexpress, the seller did not indicate this moment. Although, it seems that batteries were forbidden to be sent by air mail, since they can explode from temperature and pressure drops in the cargo compartments of aircraft.

The electronic scales themselves are small and fit in the palm of your hand. Designed for weighing up to 5 kg with an error of up to a gram. It has a round platform for weighing. Since the platform itself is small, it is inconvenient to weigh bulky products or place a pan, the dial completely overlaps. To get out of the situation, I put such products in a bowl or bowl, after knowing its weight, in order to subtract it later.

Under the scale platform is a dial, and below it there are only two buttons. The first button turns the balance on and off, and the second (Unit) is used to change the weighing parameters.

We got scales white color although black colors are also available. Egg-shaped scales with a round platform for the location of weighed items. According to the description of the Chinese - scales are intended for jewelers. Naturally, this is not the case with such errors; other scales are suitable for jewelers (with an accuracy class of 0.001%).

The scale is powered by two AAA batteries (mini-finger batteries). The device is equipped with an automatic shutdown function when idle.

It follows from the characteristics of the scales that they allow measuring weights up to 5 kg with an accuracy of 1 gram. We decided to make the measurement accuracy on the Philips W832 phone, the weight of which, according to its characteristics, is 170 grams.

Our scales showed the weight of the smartphone at 173 grams, which is approximately the truth, given the pasted film, installed memory card and SIM card.

Scales have the ability to adjust zero - this function is useful for subtracting the tare weight. Produced as follows: place the container on the scales and press the "T" button. Now the weight will be counted without taking into account the tare weight.
