Janet's store in Nessebar: how to get there, opening hours. Grandmarket network "Janet", Bulgaria, Sunny Beach - "Very large with a rich assortment and not expensive grandmarket in Sunny Beach" Jeanette Bulgaria

There are no large shopping centers in Sveti Vlas itself - they are all located in neighboring cities - Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

The most accessible shopping center is "Mladost" in Sunny Beach.

Supermarket "Mladost"

"Mladost" is a network of inexpensive good stores. The closest one is in Sunny Beach. Convenient because you can get there by bus. Stop in front of the "Casino Cuban" (tall building, visible from afar). After the exit, go through the passage in the direction of the bus, on the right side you will see the mirror building "Sipertmarket Mladost" - go into it.

The supermarket consists of two floors: on the first floor - products, on the second - chemicals and household goods.

Compared to other supermarkets, the prices here are much lower. There is a good department of cheeses, meat, alcoholic beverages. If you don’t find something, feel free to contact the staff, usually the workers understand Russian.

The journey from St. Vlas takes about 30 minutes. The way back can also be done by bus: stop after the exit on the other side after the intersection.

Shopping centers

Buses do not go to large shopping centers. But you can always take a taxi. The driver will charge from 20 to 40 leva, depending on your ability to negotiate, for a round trip. Sometimes you can agree in advance - for example, for a “bad” time for taxi drivers, when they are still idle - in this case, the price can still be thrown off.

In any case, the working conditions of a taxi are such that every summer day a taxi driver must pay 30 leva just for the right to work. Therefore, the prices here are quite high.

It is better to give money in parts - first for travel "there" and an hour's wait, then - for returning back.

If you want to save money - ask the manager of your hotel if he knows a taxi driver - his services may cost less.

Janet

It is located at the exit from the highway to Nessebar.

The main advantage is that it is open until 23:00. Nearby there is a large free parking lot.

Groceries on the first floor, household goods on the second. The range is the most diverse. Recently, prices have risen, and today they are far from the lowest, although less than in retail stores.

The people, due to the remote location, are less than in city stores

Lidl

Next to the Lidl is the Matherhouse with household goods (like OBI) and the Helios furniture store.

Lidl is open from 7:00 to 22:00 and there is free parking nearby.

Good and inexpensive dairy and meat department. Fish and fruits are expensive.

Other than that, a good selection of groceries.

Often there are promotions to reduce prices.

The main thing is that it is located on the highway from Burgas, and if you relax in the apartment and go by taxi, you can ask the driver to stop here for 30 minutes and immediately buy.

Shopping in Burgas

3 times a week there is a free bus from Elenite to the shopping center. It departs at 10:00 from Elenite, passes through St. Vlas. Since there are a lot of people who want to go during the season, it is better to sit at the final stop, which can be reached by bus number 8.

Supermarket Janet Grand Market is by far the most popular grocery store on the southern coast of Bulgaria. It is located at the entrance to Nessebar from the E87 highway to Khan Krum Street. It is impossible to pass by - this is the most noticeable building at this intersection.

A couple of years ago, Janet was half her size. The need for an extension of the whole terminal, apparently, is dictated by wild demand. To be honest, the traffic here is excellent. The whole store speaks Russian. including sellers)

Despite the fact that prices in Janet are not the lowest, for example, grapes cost from 3 levs per kilo, and in Sofia this starts from 1 lev, everything pays off with the assortment and freshness of the goods. And what is the difference of a lion or two for a Russian tourist.

I have never seen such long food rows even in Sofia.

Of course, there are huge retail stores in Sofia, but they give a completely different impression: there are no such open spaces and products oriented to the Russian taste. In Janet, everything suggests that consumer demand was taken into account as much as possible. For example, showcases with tea and loose sweets are not very typical for Bulgarians. By the way, expensive tea by weight is now sold in Vlas - that's what demand creates supply)

Having traveled all the key outlets of the coast, especially after Janet, I must admit that now you can live on the sea in Bulgaria)) Everything is there. Maybe a little more expensive, but it is Russian products and what Russians will like here in the largest assortment than anywhere else in the country.

Of course, these shops are not within walking distance and you need to have a car in order to stock up here or hire a taxi, and this will be an additional 30 levs to purchases; but the fact that for a long or permanent residence it is very important to cook by yourself, and now there is plenty of it, is undeniable.

By the way, taxis on the coast are fantastically expensive compared to Sofia. Directly there is no cross on these taxi drivers. So that I would pay 25 leva in Sofia after driving two blocks?!!! This is game! Our standard " estimate"(bill) in a Sofia taxi 5-12 leva! 12 is already a trip out of town to hot springs.

Many horseless holidaymakers who live in their apartments with children for a couple of months in a row go to Janet in clubbing with their neighbors: they take one car for three, for example.

In Sofia, cheese does not lie on the shelves with such bricks) In general, I was pleased with the showcases - just a blockage of giant packages and varieties of anything.

There are even whole hams in vacuum packs.

The cheapest minced pork in Janet sells for 8 leva per kilo (4 euros). For comparison, in Sofia - from 5.5 levs. However, having walked through all the other large shops on the coast, I did not see fresh minced meat cheaper than 8 leva - so we can assume that this is the best price.

My favorite Ikrima. You can’t buy it in Sofia now - you stopped carrying it. It costs around 5 leva (2.5 euros) per can. The merchandiser told me so because there was no price tag.

Fresh fish!

Fresh Kalkan!!! The price per kilogram is 35 leva (17.94 euros). Expensive, of course, but ready-made in the Sozopol fish restaurant kalkan is also not cheap. Very tasty fish, if we talk about the Black Sea.

Live sturgeon. I didn't see how much they cost.

Lobsters

Children's shops in Bulgaria please with their prices and assortment. In principle, everything you need is here in a wide variety, from global brands to local manufacturers that produce good quality goods. For example, the Bulgarian Bertoni makes quality items at great prices.

Shop Infano, Nessebar, Sunny Beach

Little shops in Nessebar

Shop "Janet", Nessebar

The well-known store still attracts the attention of customers, so it can be very crowded during the season. You can come to Janet for a large one-time purchase of groceries, disposable diapers, household chemicals, prices, etc. During the season, around the beginning of July, Janet raises prices, but despite this, prices are lower than in the nearest small shops in Sunny Beach and Ravda, but not by much. In terms of prices, he began to lose the competition of the local network "Mladost". The store has a small assortment of children's products: strollers, baths, cosmetics, diapers, baby food, clothes. The locals don't like Janet. Be careful and attentive when buying meat in Janet, especially if you are going to cook for a child!

Site of secondary sale "Seller"

On the site prodavalnik you can find offers that are interesting at a price. Many parents bought practically new children's things here for a ridiculous price. For sale are baby cribs or high chairs that were used for only one summer season. A good way to sell children's things, by setting your region and specifying all the parameters, you can sell on this site quite quickly.

"Game House", Sunny Beach

The toy store is located on the Sunny Beach bypass road, right on the highway towards Burgas. This store has a wide range of swimming toys and inflatables: air mattresses, pools, circles, fins, water pistols, goggles, masks, etc. You can buy the necessary things for babies: accessories, a bath, a playpen crib, a stroller-cane, a children's pot. The choice of toys is designed for older children: Lego, constructors, dolls, etc. For toddlers, the choice of toys is limited. Prices are higher than in Burgas.

Shopping in Nessebar is quite pleasant with its variety and prices. After a lazy beach holiday, feel free to move on to a more active one by arranging a walk around the New and Old Towns. Do not look at the small size of the city, you can shop here quite successfully and profitably. The main thing is to decide for yourself what you need to buy, and there will definitely be a product.

"Pink roses…"

Bulgaria is famous for its huge pink flower gardens. She is literally saturated with their aromas. And, of course, the main highlight of Bulgarian shopping will be products based on natural rose oil.

Balms and shampoos, creams and scrubs, bath salts and perfumes, as well as sweets, teas and tea-like drinks - this is an incomplete list of what can be found on the shelves. Something I want to try on the aroma, and something on the taste. All this is very nicely packaged and nice to hold in your hands. Bulgarian cosmetics will be a great gift not only for myself, but also for my mother and girlfriend for her birthday.

Note that the Bulgarians themselves subtly distinguish the aroma of a rose by its color: the aroma of a pink rose, red, white ... And in the process of trading, professionals place a special emphasis on this. As a result, it is simply impossible to deny yourself the purchase of "pink" cosmetics, which are sold here on every corner. In addition, the prices are very reasonable. So pleasant that at first you want to suspect the product of being a fake, and the seller of fraud. Indeed, in Russia, such products will cost an order of magnitude more expensive.

But in reality, Bulgarian cosmetics are of very high quality. It is made only from natural ingredients, and its action has been tested on the experience of thousands of women. To personally verify this, it is enough to use pink soap once. The effect will be amazing!

If you need common types of Bulgarian cosmetics, I advise you to buy them in Hypermarket Janet, which is located at the entrance to the New City (Struma St., 2). Previously, it worked only for wholesale buyers, but now retail sales are also available. The prices here are low, so save well not only on beauty products, but also on others.

But for Bulgarian branded cosmetics it is better to go to small specialized shops, which are enough in Nessebar. Be sure to check it out so you don't miss out on anything. And by the way, pay attention face masks based on rose oil or clay, especially in summer. They perfectly restore and moisturize the skin after sunbathing.

About wine

Is it possible to return home without taking a bottle of good Bulgarian wine with you? Of course, the import of alcohol into Russia is limited: up to two liters of high strength and up to 5 liters of weak alcohol are allowed. But you can still make a good gift for yourself and friends. When planning shopping in Nessebar, be sure to think about this moment.

In the wine boutiques of Nessebar Bulgarian wine presented for every taste. Drinks are mostly varietal, but there are also enough blends. Bulgarians themselves prefer dry wine. It is quite tasty, does not sour at all and retains a pleasant aftertaste for a long time. But the import is mainly sweet and semi-sweet, which is preferred by Russian tourists. But who cares.

For those who love red, I recommend Mavrut, Cabernet and Trakia. For lovers of white - "Galatea", "Chardonnay", "Misket". Gymza is considered to be the best elite wine in Bulgaria. But if you want to choose something from an inexpensive series and with good taste, then you can stop at wines from the Rose Valley region. By the way, buying wine cheaper than 5-6 leva is not worth it for all known reasons.

In Bulgaria, one of the most common drinks in the country is rakia, which is not inferior in strength to our Russian vodka. It is made from plums, grapes, apples, but the rays themselves are considered apricot, which can be brought as a gift to male friends.

But women might like local cider "Apple Thief"(4.5%). It is a natural drink made from the best varieties of apples. It has a pronounced apple taste, in which alcohol is not felt at all. It is produced in glass bottles like beer bottles at a price of about 1.5 leva.

Where in Nessebar to go shopping for alcoholic products? Again, you should go to Janet - the prices are low and the choice is not bad. But you still need to visit Vinery Christis at the address: st. Slavyanska, house 5. This is simply an amazing wine cellar, the owner of which, Khristina, had her own winery in the past. She tells a lot of interesting things about the wine business, offers tastings and helps with the choice.

Clothing and footwear

There are no shopping centers in Nessebar as such. But while walking along Father Paisius Street, you can see many clothing and footwear boutiques. They sell everything from underwear to outerwear. Offers for men, women and children, with prices lower than in the Old Town.

There are many Turkish things in the assortment, the prices for which are higher than in Turkey itself. There are things from European brands, but there are few choices from local manufacturers. It's a pity, because Bulgarian factories produce beautiful and high-quality textiles, and at a more affordable price.

Among the narrow streets of Old Nessebar, you can find shops where brands are presented that are unknown to the standard Russian consumer. One of these is the company AQUA is a Croatian clothing brand for home and beach holidays.. His collections participate in the world's largest exhibitions in Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and the number of boutiques throughout Europe totals up to fifty.

The best time for shopping in the resort of Nessebar - in January and July. This is the time of great sales and discounts. But in order to get a full-fledged shopping, you need not be too lazy and go to Burgas - to the famous Burgas Mall. This is the largest shopping center in the city (although not the largest by Russian standards), where you can shop, have a good meal and relax.

The brands represented here are about the same as in Russia: ZARA, H&M, ESPRIT and many others. Prices are about the same. But considering that discounts start in mid-July (up to 70%) and last for several months, you can’t miss such Burgas shopping.

Leather products

If you really want to buy something made of leather, say a handbag or a good belt, then you can visit the Dyukyan store in Old Nessebar, next to the Church of St. Sophia. Here is a good assortment of bags, gloves and related haberdashery from leading manufacturers in Bulgaria, Turkey and Italy. If you didn’t choose anything at Dyukyan, then look at the neighboring Pipozzo. Already in it you will definitely make a good choice.

I also advise you to pay attention to souvenir shops. Among the countless different small things, you can buy a nice leather wallet or phone case at an attractive price.

Numerous reviews recommend go to the center of Burgas for leather. There, along the pedestrian streets of Aleksandrovsk and Aleko Bogorodi, there are many boutiques, including those from well-known European brands, which you can visit along the way. There are also cafes, restaurants, exchange offices - everything for a pleasant pastime.

Little things, but nice ...

Nobody wants to leave home without a souvenir. If there are no opportunities for full-fledged shopping in Nessebar, you can pay attention to local souvenir shops, which are literally full of a variety of goods.

Particular attention is drawn wooden and ceramic products: plates, jugs, figurines, frames and much more. Ceramic dishes are very beautifully painted. It is quite practical and lasts a long time, as it is made of special clay. But it cannot be said that it is worth a penny, because it is handmade and, in fact, an exclusive design.

On the shelves you can see a large selection 925 sterling silver products with natural semi-precious and ornamental stones: jasper, opal, pearl, mother-of-pearl. The products are beautiful and unique. When purchasing a set of a pair of earrings and a ring, be sure that none of your friends will have such a set.

Among the variety of souvenirs there are fridge magnets and pens, shells and corals, caskets and amulet dolls, popular dream catchers are a must-have attribute of any resort town. If you do not want to buy such trinkets, you can opt for Bulgarian textiles: tablecloths, napkins, capes, bed linen. There are special shops for this, but you can buy the most beautiful products from grandmothers, who knit them right there on the spot.

Finally, I would like to add this. Bulgaria is an Orthodox country. Here you will surely visit the ancient churches and take a lot of photos against their background. But you can more firmly consolidate this trip and acquire icons in different formats for yourself and as a gift to loved ones. This is a valuable acquisition that will be both protection and a reminder of the happy days spent in ancient Nessebar.

Good day! For the first time we are going to Nessebar in Bulgaria in June with a two-year-old son, so there are questions for those who have already been there. 1. Please tell me, is it worth paying for a place with an umbrella on the beach, and if so, what is the approximate cost, and is it possible to pay immediately for 14 days? Is the sunbed also paid separately? How much? Or is it better not to fool yourself and buy an umbrella there and just carry it with you? 2. Supermarket"Youth". Are there curds like "Rastishki" there (I don't even count on children's ones)? Thank you all in advance :)

Grelur There is a special children's store Tema not far from Mladost, now Janet there is in Nessebar, all the kids there eat jelly milk very well, it is much more useful than curds, just take, for example, For a woman 4.5%, it is not sour at all, cottage cheese, like ours, imported, is on sale, but it is not cheap, in Bulgaria cottage cheese is called izvara, but it is a bit dry, although it can be different. Very good cheese, maybe your baby will eat it too.
