Also, retailers in the markets and peddlers are exempted from the use of cash registers. For all other cases, the requirements of 54-FZ are fully extended.

Separately, we note that the online trade of the goods described above does not officially apply to retail, therefore, settlement with the client using a cash register is required. But the law does not require equipping each courier with KKM - it is allowed to break through the check in the office and postpone its delivery to the buyer along with the goods. Kinds

The Elwes cash register is a family consisting of several types of devices. They differ in design and scope of functions performed. Currently produced three modifications of KKM Elwes:

• Elwes-Micro-K (version 01);
• Elwes-Micro-K (version 02);
• Elwes-Micro-K (version 02, with modem).

Elves-Micro-K (version 01)

base model. It uses the Philips P89C60X2BA processor - the same for all models of the Elwes series. It is intended for work only in the trade and service sectors. The functionality is very small, limited to accepting cash payments and accounting for fiscal data. Of the additional features - the connection of external scales.

Elwes-Micro-K (version 02)

- an option for large trading enterprises with a large number of items in stock. The number of programmable prices has been increased to 1000 (version 01 has only 100). Also, the device is certified for operation in the field of fuel trade - gas fuel and oil products.

Exist two options this type of cash registers, differing in the type of keyboard - push-button or film. A barcode reader can be connected, and a screen backlight is optionally installed. Initially, it is possible to work with dispenser controllers at gas stations. The RS-232C functional interface is used to connect to the fuel dispenser. Wireless connection is not possible.

Elwes-Micro-K (version 02, with modem)

This model is the only one in the entire lineup that is equipped with a screen with built-in backlight. But its main feature is the ability to connect an external modem. With its help, KKM can provide payments for communication services provided by mobile operators. Settlements are possible through various payment systems, including popular QIWI and MasterPort.

In the original version of the device, the function of connecting additional external devices (barcode readers or proximity card scanners) to it is not possible. To eliminate the drawback, an SDK package has been developed - the software allows you to adapt the USB port to connect a wide range of devices.

All types of Elwes cash registers are equipped with built-in printing mechanisms. In the work, mechanisms of the model SHTRIKH-MTP205 (from the manufacturer) or CITIZEN MLT-288 are used, which allow additional installation of a check cutter. Rolls with a ribbon width of 57.5 mm are used as printing paper.

The Elves-Micro-K model is popular due to the following advantages:

1. Autonomy - a full battery charge is enough to issue up to 150 checks.
2. 2 options for recharging - through a stationary network with a regular charger and through an adapter from a car cigarette lighter.
3. Relatively high print speed - up to 15 lines / second.

Unfortunately, it is not possible without shortcomings:

1. There is no possibility to make a cashless payment.
2. Lack of screen backlight in the basic version - the impossibility of working in the absence of lighting.
3. There is no auto cutter - there is a possibility of damage to the punched check.

The listed shortcomings are inherent not only to the Elves-Micro-K cash registers, but to most other mobile devices.

Instruction

All products of the Shtrikh-M manufacturer are accompanied by a brief instruction on setting up and operating cash registers. It also provides keyboard shortcuts for activating various operating modes. The most common keys and their meanings:

1. RE– switching of operating modes/return to cash register mode.
2. OPL– beginning of input or completion of input of a combination.
3. With– cancel/reset command.
4. 00 command confirmation.
5. X- calculation of the cost of goods by quantity.

Before the first test switching on of Elves-Micro-K, it is recommended to keep the device in a dry and warm room for at least 3 hours in order to avoid failures.

The cash register is designed for intensive use, it is possible to reset the settings when the cash register is idle for several days. In this case, the device will ask you to enter a new date instead of the incorrect one (displayed on the screen), which can be done using the key combination:

1. OPL key– the time setting interface is displayed; install it.
2. OPL key– on the second press, the inscription C-00 appears, a request for confirmation of date changes.
3. Key 00- confirm the correctness of the entered date.

During work, the cashier needs to know the following combinations:

1. Cash mode - double pressing the key 1, then OPL.
2. Breaking through the check - the OPL key, the amount is entered in the interface that opens, the OPL key - the check is displayed.
3. Registration of several goods - a combination of OPL + amount + BB; the combination is repeated until all names are taken into account; PS key - the total amount is displayed, OPL - a check is displayed.
4. Registration of several identical goods - the number of items of the same type + X + the cost of a unit of goods + OPL.
5. Counting change - the combination is repeated for processing several products; after pressing PS, the amount submitted by the client + OPL is indicated.
6. - enter the cash mode (1 + 1 + OPL), the OT key + the amount required for a refund, then BB + OPL.

Although the Elwes devices have the possibility of returning goods by the client, it is not necessary to use the function. Firstly, this is not required by the fiscal authorities, and secondly, the processing of returns does not affect the entire result for the shift.

Elves-Micro-K operates on a built-in rechargeable battery with a capacity of 1.3 ampere-hours. When the charge level is insufficient, the Acc Lo formula appears on the screen, and when fully discharged, the red indicator lights up and a sound signal follows. Work must be stopped immediately, by pressing the OPL key we connect the KKM to the charger.

Registration Elves-MF

Registration of CCP Elves-MF is not an easy task and cannot be called obvious. In addition, the Shtrikh-M manufacturer reports that only KKM with firmware version 0966 is normally registered. Therefore, before registering a cash register with the Federal Tax Service online, make sure that you have the correct firmware version. To do this, print a test check. To call a test check, press the keys in the following sequence: PE -> PE -> 00 -> 2 -> IT . On the check you will see information about the firmware version (Version). If it differs from 0966, a flashing of the device is required.

Flashing

The flashing process is quite simple with software 1.0.0900RU and above. To do this, you do not need a programmer, but only a program a la HyperTerminal to access COM ports. This program is built into older versions of Windows up to and including XP. If you are using a new version of Windows, then you can download HyperTerminal from the official website (trial version)

Flashing algorithm:

Install HyperTerminal.

During startup, the software will ask for a connection name, specify com_E.

Specify the port settings like this:

Now connect the cash register to the main COM port.

Registration of Elves-MF with the Federal Tax Service

First option

As in the time before the advent of online cash desks, you can register a cash register at your branch of the Federal Tax Service.
To do this, you need to select the OFD and conclude an agreement with it, fill out the voluminous form KND No. 1110061 (7 pages). After that, you can take a CCP, a CCP-PK cable, a completed KND form No. 1110061, go to the tax office and wait in line there. Not the most promising prospect, so let's move on to the second option, which requires a digital signature.

Second option

Online registration

To do this, you will need to: select an OFD and conclude an agreement with it, connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi (the name and password from the network should not exceed 24 characters each), log in to the Personal Account of the Federal Tax Service, an EDS, a cable for connecting a computer and a cash register, software software for editing tables.

• In the LC on the website of the Federal Tax Service, connect a new cash register to receive the registration number of the cash register.
• Set the time and date on the cash register (see the programming section for the setting algorithm).
• Connect the CCP to the PC using a cable.
• Press the key combination 9 -> 3 -> 0 (strictly in this sequence) to provide Elves-MF access to the computer. The cash register will display the message CB=HE.
• Turn on the program for editing tables and through the program find the CCP.
• Correct the tables according to the proposed example. Leave the default data if you do not know what to write in the field.

Record the information from the tables in the cash register.

• Exit the table recording mode by pressing the PE key.
• Sequentially press the keys 8 -> 3 -> 0 -> IT -> 1 to enter the access mode to the fiscal drive.
• Elves-MF will print a check with registration information. Check it carefully.

• If your OFD requires it, enter the required parameters in the Personal Account of the OFD.

Attention! Any data entered with an error will inevitably require re-registration of the cash register. The number of re-registrations depends on the fiscal accumulator and currently fiscal accumulators allow up to 11 re-registrations.

For an inexplicable reason, Shtrikh-M programmers offer the user to calculate the taxation system using a bit mask. We bring to your attention a list of human-understandable meanings for designating the taxation system.

If you need to specify several taxation systems or operating modes, we recommend using the "FR Driver Test" located in the folder of installed drivers from Shtrikh-M. In the software, enter the "FN" item and select the "Fiscalization of FN" tab. Check the boxes next to the required parameters, in the next window, see their symbolic value. Enter these values ​​when registering.

Or you can independently calculate the desired value. For example, you want to specify two taxation systems, "USN income - expense" and "UTII". “STS income - expense” is assigned the value 4, and “UTII” 8. Add these values, you get 12. This number is recorded in the tables as a parameter of the taxation system.

If, nevertheless, you made a mistake somewhere or for any other reason you need to re-register Elves-MF, then this is not difficult to do.

The weather is changeable and it is often impossible to keep track of its changes. Programming Elves-MF from the KKT keyboard in any weather remains a difficult and simply frightening dark forest for beginners. It is gratifying that under such conditions, software has appeared that can be used to program the Elves-MF options from a computer.

However, the user at the next stage will face the absence of a COM cable in the delivery with the cash register. In addition, you will most likely have to be puzzled by buying a COM to USB adapter, since most computers are not equipped with COM ports.

As you can see, this process can be quite tedious if you have several hundred items to enter. But there is a more convenient way to program the database of goods through a PC.

Programming the base of goods via PC

• Install the MicroCfig program for convenient work with the product database.
• Connect the CCP to a computer using an RS-232 cable (not supplied).
• Turn on the CCP, wait until it is fully loaded (the message SELECT will be displayed on the display).

Press key sequence:

• 9 , 3 , 0 .
• The display will show CB=NOT.
• Turn on the MicroCfig program on your PC.
• Select SETUP and then SEARCH FOR EQUIPMENT.
• Select the sixth section TABLES.
• Adjust the product table: you can add names, prices, sections and barcodes. You can program up to 399 products.

Sometimes when you connect a cash register to a PC and start the table editor, the encoding may go off and the characters in the columns of the tables will be displayed as "???". For your convenience, read the information in the tables. You can learn more about the tables by examining the information about what data they accept. These tables are relevant for firmware from version 1245. Tables 4, 5, 8 are currently not used when setting up CCP, so you do not need to enter data there.

What to do if Elves-MF gives an error 236

The error occurs on devices flashed to firmware version 0973. It is caused by the cash register scanning the RS-232 port for connecting a barcode scanner. To disable persistent port scanning resulting in an error, enter the following sequence of commands:

• 4 , 3 , 0 .
• Then IT.
• You have entered programming mode.
• Next, by repeatedly pressing SP, display the message 2 1 1 1.
• Then, by repeatedly pressing BB, display the message 2 1 25 1.
• Click IT.
• If you want to disable port scanning, enter 0 .
• If you want to enable port scanning, enter 1 .
• Confirm the operation by pressing IT .
• Restart KCT.

Enter the selection mode (the display will show SELECT).

In this mode, the keys take on the following functionality:

• 1 - registration report.
• 2 - report on re-registration.
• 3 - report on re-registration without replacing the FN.
• 4 - report on the current state of settlements.
• 5 - print a document from FN by FD number.
• 6 - print operator's confirmation by FD number.
• 7 - print a registration report from the FN.
• 8 - print a report on re-registration by number from the FN.
• IT - displaying the number of documents without confirmation.
• X - print the FN factory number.
• . - print the software version of FN.
• PE - go to the SELECT menu.

Printing a test receipt with data on registration, fiscal accumulator and CCP number

To display a test receipt, press the key sequence:

• Double RE.
• Then 00 .
• Then 2 .
• In the IT final.

When you start printing a test receipt using the PS key, the cash register enters the cycle and at a certain interval will print a test receipt, display an indication on the display and perform a fiscal memory test. To interrupt the cycle, press any key that does not contain a number other than X.

Technological zeroing

Technological zeroing can only be carried out during a closed shift and only at the first start after core replacement.
