To find time for family, you need to properly allocate time. Life consists of a harmonious combination of work, family and what fills and helps to develop personal qualities, facets of talent. It is very important to strike a balance. Communication with family, time spent in the circle of loved ones fills with unconditional love and support. There was a time when I went headlong into work: I saw the child only when he was already sleeping ... Once I realized that it was impossible, and it was necessary to adjust priorities and competently, so that there was enough for everything.
