2. Job responsibilities.

2.1. organize the collection, analysis and study of data on the situation in the field of civil defense and emergency situations, report on them to the head of the civil defense and emergency situations of the Ukrainian SSR and the chief of staff of the civil defense and emergency situations of GAO "Chernomorneftegaz".

2.2. Develop and timely submit applications for logistical and transport support for civil defense and emergency measures.

2.3. Prepare systematic conclusions from the assessment of the situation and proposals for the implementation of civil defense and emergency measures.

2.4. Organize bringing the orders of the head of the CP and Emergencies to the performers and control over their execution.

2.5. organize, by prior agreement with the head of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations, the timely submission of reports on the ongoing activities of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations to the headquarters of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations of GAO "Chernomorneftegaz".

2.6. Organize interaction between the headquarters and non-military formations of the Ukrainian SSR.

2.7. keep records of civil defense and emergency situations.

3. Rights.

3.1. Represent the SRM in other organizations in accordance with the established procedure on issues within its competence.

3.2. make suggestions for improving the work related to the duties provided for in the job description.

4. Responsibility.

4.1. is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the fulfillment of the duties assigned to him by this instruction.

5. Must know.

5.1. Legal, regulatory and other guidance documents on civil defense and emergency situations, the foundations of the current legislation.

Decrees, orders, orders and other, guiding and regulatory materials of higher and other bodies related to the activities of the SID.

5.2. Rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

6.Qualification requirements.

6.1. Persons with a higher or basic military education of appropriate training (military rank of lieutenant) and at least 1 year of experience in the position of chief of staff are appointed to the position of NSh GZ and Emergencies.

7. Relationships.

7.1. With the chiefs of staff of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations of other divisions of GAO "Chernomorneftegaz" and the district authorities of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations within the framework of the duties stipulated by the job description.
