  • Full name of the subscriber in whose name the equipment was purchased;
  • email address;
  • region of residence;
  • cell phone number.

Important! All data must be entered correctly. Service moderators check them manually. At the slightest discrepancy, access to the personal account for the user will be suspended.

  • click on the "Add new" button;
  • wait a while until the application detects the installed video camera.

Important! During the search, the indicator on the camera itself will turn blue.

As soon as the application detects the device, the indicator color will change to red. Next you need:

  • wait for the camera registration window to appear on the application screen;
  • click on the confirmation button;
  • enter the name and password of the wireless home network to which the device is connected.

To complete the process, you will need to enter the serial number of the equipment. It can be done:

  • bringing the screen of the gadget with the QR code displayed on it to the camera lens;
  • by entering in the proposed field the number indicated on the equipment case.

After that, the binding of the video camera will be completed. Similarly, all other sensors and sensors are registered in the personal account.

Important! If several devices that have not passed registration are installed in the house at once, at the first stage a table with their names will appear in the personal account. The user can select the desired device in it and bind, and then work on the next device.

Unfortunately, the Rostelecom Smart Home website and mobile applications of the service do not yet provide users with the ability to remotely control installed devices. That is, the service cannot block the door of the apartment if it was opened without the knowledge of the owner, and call security. How to set up and connect the camera?
